The Bosch Rexroth DR10DP2-4X/150Y (R900500051) is a direct operated pressure reducing valve designed for subplate mounting with porting patterns according to DIN Form D and ISO standards. This model is engineered to limit system pressure by setting the secondary pressure through an adjustment type. In its initial position, the valve allows unrestricted flow from channel B to channel A, while also applying the pressure in channel A to the piston area opposite the compression spring through a control line.
When the set value of the compression spring is exceeded, the control spool moves into a control position to maintain a constant level of pressure in channel A. The valve features internal signal and pilot oil supply via the control line from channel A. Any external force that increases pressure in channel A causes further movement of the control spool against the compression spring, connecting channel A to channel TY through a control edge on the spool, allowing excess hydraulic fluid to discharge into the tank.
The design includes an external leakage oil discharge from the spring chamber via channel TY. For reverse flow from channel A back to channel B, there is an optional check valve that can be installed. The model also provides a pressure gauge connection for monitoring secondary pressure.
This particular model offers various adjustment types such as rotary knob, threaded pin with hexagon and protective cap, lockable rotary knob with scale, and rotary knob with scale. It has specific size components and series X maximum operating pressures and flow rates that are suitable for various hydraulic applications where precise pressure reduction is necessary. The DR10DP2-4X/150Y boasts robust construction and reliable performance for maintaining desired system pressures within hydraulic circuits.
