The Hydraforce 5621461 (5621461) is a screw-in, cartridge-style remote sequence pilot unloading valve designed for use in accumulator-type hydraulic systems. Known as the UP10-31, this valve offers optional fixed unload/reload pressure ratios of 60%, 70%, or 80%. In its steady state, the valve blocks flow from port 2 to port 3. Once a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the spool shifts to permit flow from port 2 to port 3. The spring chamber vented at port 3 means that any back pressure here will directly affect the valve setting on a one-to-one basis. Should the pressure at port 1 drop below the established reload value ratio, the valve will automatically close and block flow from port 2 to port 3 again. This product features non-backable adjustments that prevent springs from going solid and offers optional spring ranges up to 207 bar (3000 psi).
