The Hydraforce 5621400 (5621400) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, remote sequence pilot unloading valve designed for use in accumulator-type hydraulic systems. Known as the UP10-31 model, this valve offers optional fixed unload/reload pressure ratios of 60%, 70%, or 80%. In its steady state, it blocks flow from port 2 to port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the spool shifts to permit flow from port 2 to port 3. The spring chamber is vented at port 3, meaning any back pressure here will affect the valve setting in a direct (1:1) manner. If the pressure at port 1 falls below the established reload value ratio, the valve closes and blocks flow from port 2 to port 3 once again.
