The Hydraforce 5621433 (5621433) is a screw-in, cartridge-style remote sequence pilot unloading valve designed for accumulator-type hydraulic systems. Known as the UP10-31, this valve offers optional fixed unload/reload pressure ratios of 60%, 70%, or 80%. In its default state, it blocks flow from port 2 to port 3. When a predetermined pressure at port 1 is reached, the spool shifts to permit flow between these ports. The spring chamber is vented at port 3, meaning any back pressure here will directly affect the valve setting in a 1:1 ratio. Should the pressure at port 1 fall below the established reload value, the valve closes to block flow once more.
