The Hydraforce 5621401.M83 (5621401.M83) is a screw-in, cartridge-style remote sequence pilot unloading valve designed specifically for accumulator-type hydraulic systems. This model, known as the UP10-31, offers optional fixed unload/reload pressure ratios of 60%, 70%, or 80%. In its steady state, the valve effectively blocks flow from port 2 to port 3. Upon reaching a predetermined pressure at port 1, the spool shifts to permit flow between these ports. The spring chamber is vented at port 3, meaning any back pressure here will directly influence the valve setting in a 1:1 ratio. If the pressure at port 1 falls below the established reload value based on the chosen ratio, the valve closes to block flow from port 2 to port 3 again.
