The Hydraforce 5621401.M100 (5621401.M100) is a screw-in, cartridge-style remote sequence pilot unloading valve designed for use in accumulator-type hydraulic systems. Known as the UP10-31 model, this valve offers optional fixed unload/reload pressure ratios of 60%, 70%, or 80%. In its steady state, the UP10-31 blocks flow from port 2 to port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the spool shifts to permit flow from port 2 to port 3. The spring chamber is vented at port 3, meaning any back pressure directly affects the valve setting on a one-to-one basis. If the pressure at port 1 falls below the established reload value, determined by the chosen ratio, the valve will close and block flow between ports 2 and 3. This model features non-backable adjustments that prevent springs from going solid and offers optional spring ranges up to 207 bar (3000 psi).
