The Hydraforce 5621400.M115 (5621400.M115) is a screw-in, cartridge-style remote sequence pilot unloading valve designed for use in accumulator-type hydraulic systems. This model, known as the UP10-31, features optional fixed unload/reload pressure ratios of 60%, 70%, or 80%. In its default state, the valve blocks flow from port 2 to port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the spool shifts to permit flow between these ports. The spring chamber is vented at port 3, meaning that any back pressure at this port will directly affect the valve setting on a one-to-one basis. If the pressure at port 1 falls below the established reload value, based on the selected ratio, the valve automatically closes to block flow once again between ports 2 and 3. The UP10-31 ensures that adjustments cannot be backed out of the valve and prevents springs from becoming solid during operation. Optional spring ranges are available up to 207 bar (3000 psi).
