The Hydraforce 5621340.M121 (5621340.M121) is a screw-in, cartridge-style remote sequence pilot unloading valve designed for accumulator-type hydraulic systems. Known as the UP10-40X, this valve offers optional fixed unload/reload pressure ratios of 60%, 70%, or 80%. In its steady state, it blocks flow from port 2 to port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the spool shifts to allow flow between these ports. The spring chamber is vented to port 4, and if the pressure at port 1 drops below the established reload value, the valve closes again to block the flow. Notable features include adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and prohibit springs from going solid. It also boasts a hardened precision spool and cage for extended durability and fits an industry-common size for versatile application in hydraulic systems.
