The Hydraforce 5621300.M100 (5621300.M100) is a screw-in, cartridge-style remote sequence pilot unloading valve designed for accumulator-type hydraulic systems. Known as the UP10-40X, this valve offers optional fixed unload/reload pressure ratios of 60%, 70%, or 80%. It functions by blocking flow from port 2 to port 3 in its steady state. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the spool shifts, allowing flow from port 2 to port 3 while venting the spring chamber to port 4. If the pressure at port 1 drops below the established reload value, the valve closes, blocking flow once again from port 2 to port 3. The UP10-40X features adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and are designed to prevent springs from going solid.
