The Hydraforce 5621306 (5621306) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, remote sequence pilot unloading valve designed specifically for accumulator-type hydraulic systems. Known as the UP10-40X, this valve offers optional fixed unload/reload pressure ratios of 60%, 70%, or 80%. In its steady state, it effectively blocks flow from port 2 to port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the spool shifts to enable flow between these ports. The spring chamber of the valve is vented to port 4. Should the pressure at port 1 drop below the established reload value ratio, the valve closes once again to block flow from port 2 to port 3.
