The Hydraforce 5621305 (5621305) is a screw-in, cartridge-style remote sequence pilot unloading valve, designed specifically for accumulator-type hydraulic systems. Known as the UP10-40X, this valve offers optional fixed unload/reload pressure ratios of 60%, 70%, or 80%. In its default state, the UP10-40X blocks flow from port 2 to port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the spool shifts to permit flow between these ports. The spring chamber is vented to port 4, and if the pressure at port 1 falls below the established reload value ratio, the valve will close again, blocking flow from port 2 to port 3. This model features adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and are designed to prevent springs from going solid.
