The Hydraforce 5621303 (5621303) is a screw-in, cartridge-style remote sequence pilot unloading valve designed for use in accumulator-type hydraulic systems. Known as the UP10-40X, this valve features optional fixed unload/reload pressure ratios of 60%, 70%, or 80%. In its steady state, the valve blocks flow from port 2 to port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the spool shifts, allowing flow from port 2 to port 3 while venting the spring chamber to port 4. If the pressure at port 1 falls below the established reload value ratio, the valve closes again to block flow from port 2 to port 3. This product incorporates hardened precision spool and cage components for longevity and reliability and includes adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve, preventing springs from becoming solid.
