The Hydraforce 5621301.M136.5 (5621301.M136.5) is a screw-in, cartridge-style remote sequence pilot unloading valve designed for accumulator-type hydraulic systems. Known as the UP10-40X, this valve offers optional fixed unload/reload pressure ratios of 60%, 70%, or 80%. In its default state, it blocks flow from port 2 to port 3. When a predetermined pressure at port 1 is reached, the spool shifts to permit flow between these ports while the spring chamber vents to port 4. Should the pressure at port 1 fall below the established reload value ratio, the valve closes again, blocking flow from port 2 to port 3. Notable features include adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and prevent springs from going solid, as well as a hardened precision spool and cage for enhanced longevity. The design conforms to an industry-common size, ensuring compatibility with various hydraulic systems.
