The Hydraforce 5621301 (5621301) is a screw-in, cartridge-style remote sequence pilot unloading valve designed for use in accumulator-type hydraulic systems. Known as the UP10-40X, this valve features optional fixed unload/reload pressure ratios of 60%, 70%, or 80%. In its steady state, it effectively blocks flow from port 2 to port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the spool shifts to allow flow between these ports. The spring chamber is vented to port 4, and if the pressure at port 1 decreases below the set reload value, the valve closes again, blocking flow from port 2 to port 3. Notable features include adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and mechanisms that prevent springs from becoming solid. Additionally, it boasts a hardened precision spool and cage for extended lifespan and fits an industry-common size for versatile application.
