The Hydraforce 5612687V (5612687V) is a screw-in, cartridge, direct acting poppet relief valve equipped with a reverse flow check valve. Designed for use in demanding hydraulic circuits, this valve serves as a pressure limiter and regulator, providing fast response, low hysteresis, low leakage, and low pressure override. It also features reverse free flow capabilities. The RVCV56-20X model blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to displace the poppet from its seat, allowing relief flow to discharge to port 2. Additionally, it allows reverse flow from port 2 to port 1 when the differential pressure between these ports exceeds the check spring value. This robust device can handle a maximum pressure of up to 420.6 bar (6100 psi) at port 1.
