The Hydraforce 5612625 (5612625) is a screw-in, cartridge, direct acting poppet relief valve equipped with a reverse flow check valve. Designed for demanding hydraulic circuits, this device functions as a pressure limiter and regulator, offering fast response, low hysteresis, minimal leakage, low pressure override, and reverse free flow capabilities. The RVCV56-20X model blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to displace the poppet from its seat, at which point relief flow is discharged to port 2. Additionally, reverse flow is enabled from port 2 to port 1 when the differential pressure between these ports exceeds the check spring value.
