The Hydraforce 5612540P.M350 (5612540P.M350) is a screw-in, cartridge-style direct acting poppet relief valve equipped with a reverse flow check valve. This versatile device is designed to function as a pressure limiter and regulator in demanding hydraulic circuits that require rapid response, minimal hysteresis, low leakage, low pressure override, and reverse free flow capabilities. The RVCV56-20X model is engineered to block the flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to displace the poppet from its seat, allowing relief flow to discharge into port 2. Additionally, it permits reverse flow from port 2 to port 1 when the differential pressure between these ports surpasses the check spring value. The valve can withstand a maximum pressure of up to 420.6 bar (6100 psi) at port 1.
