The Hydraforce 5611008N (5611008N) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, differential area, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in more demanding hydraulic circuits that require low hysteresis and low internal leakage. This valve effectively blocks flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 2 is sufficient to unseat the poppet, ensuring a smooth transition in response to load changes in typical hydraulic systems. The RV50-22X model features adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and are designed to prevent springs from becoming solid. It also includes hardened poppet and cage components for extended durability and offers a smooth response to pressure surges. This valve is suitable for industry-common sizes and should be limited to crossover applications with a maximum pressure of 207 bar (3000 psi).
