The Hydraforce 5601000 (5601000) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, differential area, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve. It is designed to function as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits that require low hysteresis and minimal internal leakage. The RV08-22X model operates by blocking flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 2 is sufficient to unseat the poppet. This valve features adjustments that cannot be backed out, along with a variety of pressure adjustment options including non-adjustable factory presets. Adjustment options A, B, and C include positive stops to prevent springs from going solid. An optional bi-directional pressure seal is available for applications requiring bi-directional pressure capabilities.
