The Hydraforce 5602002 (5602002) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, differential area, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve. It is designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits that require low hysteresis and minimal internal leakage. The RV08-22X model effectively blocks flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 2 reaches a level sufficient to unseat the poppet. This valve features adjustments that cannot be backed out, ensuring stability and reliability in operation. It offers various pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets and options A, B, and C that include positive stops to prevent springs from becoming solid.
