The Hydraforce 5601304 (5601304) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, differential area poppet-type hydraulic relief valve. It is designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits that require low hysteresis and low internal leakage. The RV08-22X model blocks flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 2 is sufficient to unseat the poppet. This valve features adjustments that cannot be backed out and offers a variety of pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets. Adjustment options A, B, and C include positive stops to prevent springs from going solid. An optional bi-directional pressure seal can be added for applications requiring bi-directional pressure capabilities.
