The Hydraforce 5601109 (5601109) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting hydraulic relief valve designed for demanding hydraulic circuits that require low hysteresis and minimal internal leakage. This poppet-type valve functions as a pressure-limiting device by blocking flow from port 2 to port 1 until the pressure at port 2 is sufficient to unseat the poppet. The RV08-22X model offers various pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets, with positive stops on adjustment options A, B, and C to prevent spring solidification. It also features optional bi-directional pressure capability with an appropriate seal option. Built for durability, it includes hardened poppets and cages and offers optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi). The valve is known for its smooth response to pressure surges and compact size, fitting into an industry-common cavity.
