The Hydraforce 5122975 (5122975) is a direct-acting, spool-type, proportional pressure relieving valve known as the TS38-21. This valve is designed to regulate pressure inversely proportional to the input electrical current, offering precise control in hydraulic systems. It features a 150 mesh screen protecting Port 1 and operates by blocking flow from Port 1 to Port 2 until the pressure at Port 1 overcomes the preset spring force. Without electrical current, the valve relieves at its maximum range; however, applying current reduces the spring force and thus decreases the valve setting. The TS38-21 includes standard 12 and 24-volt coils and offers optional waterproof E-Coils rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments.
