The Hydraforce 5122950 (5122950) is a direct-acting, spool-type, proportional pressure relieving valve known as the TS38-21. This valve is engineered to regulate pressure inversely proportional to input electrical current, making it highly effective in applications requiring precise pressure control. It features a design where flow from port 1 to port 2 is blocked until sufficient pressure at port 1 overcomes the preset spring force. Without any electrical current applied, the valve relieves at its maximum range. When current is applied to the coil, it decreases the induced spring force and thus reduces the valve setting. The TS38-21 includes standard 12 and 24-volt coils with optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K for enhanced durability in harsh environments.
