The Hydraforce 5122820P (5122820P) is a direct-acting, spool-type, proportional pressure relieving valve known for its precision and durability. This TS38-21 model is designed to regulate pressure inversely with the input electrical current, making it highly adaptable for various hydraulic applications. The valve operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 overcomes the preset spring force, allowing it to open. When no electrical current is applied, the valve relieves pressure at its maximum range; however, applying current decreases the spring force and reduces the valve setting. This model features a protective 150 mesh screen at port 1 and offers compatibility with both 12 and 24-volt coils as standard options.
