The Hydraforce 5004654 (5004654) is a solenoid-operated, 2-port, normally closed, direct-acting, bidirectional spool-type, proportional, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. Designed for precise control in hydraulic systems, the SP1024xx model functions as a bidirectional metering valve when energized and blocks flow in both directions when de-energized. This valve is distinguished by its continuous-duty rated coil and efficient wet-armature construction. It includes optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K for high-level protection against dust and water ingress, making it suitable for harsh environmental conditions. Additionally, it offers a manual override option which enhances its functionality by allowing manual operation in case of an emergency or system test. The valve is designed to fit an industry common cavity which simplifies installation and maintenance while ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
