The Hydraforce 5003997 (5003997) is a solenoid-operated, 2-port, normally closed, direct-acting, bidirectional spool-type, proportional, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. This valve is designed to function as a bidirectional metering valve when energized and blocks flow in both directions when de-energized. It features a continuous-duty rated coil and efficient wet-armature construction which contributes to its robust performance in various applications. The optional waterproof E-Coils are rated up to IP69K, offering enhanced protection against ingress of dust and high-temperature, high-pressure water jets. Additionally, the manual override option provides auxiliary control for maintenance and emergency operations. The valve also boasts an industry common cavity design which facilitates easy installation and compatibility with existing systems without the need for extensive modifications.
