The Hydraforce 5911238 (5911238) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for lower flow circuits that require minimal internal leakage. The RV08-20X model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 becomes sufficient to move the spring-opposed poppet off its seat. This hydraulic valve offers various pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets and adjustments labeled A, B, and C, which feature positive stops to prevent springs from becoming solid. It supports optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi) and provides rapid response to pressure changes.
