The Hydraforce 5911207 (5911207) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for lower flow circuits that require low internal leakage. This valve operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to move the spring-opposed poppet off its seat. It offers various pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets, with positive stops to prevent springs from going solid. The RV08-20X model provides optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi) and ensures rapid response to pressure changes. An optional bi-directional pressure seal is available for applications requiring bi-directional pressure capabilities. Its compact size makes it suitable for space-constrained installations.
