The Hydraforce 5911206 (5911206) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed specifically for lower flow circuits that require low internal leakage. The RV08-20X model efficiently blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to move the spring-opposed poppet off its seat. This valve boasts several features, including adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and a variety of pressure adjustment options, such as non-adjustable factory presets. It offers positive stops in adjustment options A, B, and C to prevent springs from going solid. It also supports optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi) and provides rapid response to pressure changes. Additionally, an optional bi-directional pressure feature is available with the bi-directional pressure seal option. The compact size of this valve makes it suitable for applications where space is a constraint.
