The Hydraforce 5911203 (5911203) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for lower flow circuits that demand low internal leakage. This valve effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to move the spring-opposed poppet off its seat. Key features include adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and multiple pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets. The adjustment options A, B, and C come with positive stops to prevent springs from going solid. It offers optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi) and provides rapid response to pressure changes. Additionally, an optional bi-directional pressure seal is available for applications requiring bi-directional pressure handling.
