The Hydraforce 5637007 (5637007) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting spool-type hydraulic sequence valve. This valve, known as the PS10-32, is designed to direct flow to a secondary circuit once a predetermined pressure level is reached in the primary circuit. In its steady state, it blocks flow from port 3 to port 2. When a specific pressure at port 1 is achieved, the cartridge shifts to allow flow from port 3 to port 2. The spring chamber is vented at port 2, meaning that any back pressure at this port will directly affect the valve's setting in a one-to-one ratio. The PS10-32 features adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and are designed to prevent springs from becoming solid during operation.
