The Hydraforce 5635120.M200 (5635120.M200) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated spool-type relief valve designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits. This model is known for its fast response and low hysteresis, making it suitable for applications requiring rapid and smooth reactions to pressure surges. The RV12-26X operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the pilot relief, allowing the main stage to shift and open the flow path. Notably, this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. Key features of this model include non-back-out adjustments that prevent springs from going solid and a hardened spool and cage that ensure long life. Additionally, it offers optional spring ranges up to 240 bar (3500 psi) and provides a cost-effective cavity solution.
