The Hydraforce 5635099 (5635099) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type hydraulic relief valve designed for pressure limiting in demanding hydraulic circuits requiring fast response and low hysteresis. This valve effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to activate the piloting relief, which then shifts the main spool to open port 1 to port 2. The RV10-26X model cannot be used in cross-over relief applications. Key features include adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve, with adjustment options A, B, and C featuring positive stops that prevent springs from going solid. The valve's hardened spool and cage ensure long-lasting performance, while optional spring ranges extend up to 207 bar (3000 psi). It offers a fast and smooth response to pressure surges and fits an industry-common cavity.
