The Hydraforce 5635047 (5635047) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type hydraulic relief valve designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits requiring fast response and low hysteresis. This valve effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the piloting relief, allowing the main spool to shift and open the flow path between the ports. It features adjustment options A, B, and C with positive stops that prevent springs from becoming solid, ensuring reliable operation. The valve is equipped with a hardened spool and cage for enhanced durability and offers optional spring ranges up to 207 bar (3000 psi). Its design ensures fast and smooth response to pressure surges while fitting into an industry-common cavity. Notably, this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications.
