The Hydraforce 5635026 (5635026) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type hydraulic relief valve designed for use as a pressure limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response and low hysteresis. This valve efficiently blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to unseat the piloting relief, subsequently allowing the main (second stage) spool to shift and open port 1 to port 2. Notably, this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. Key features include adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve with adjustment options A, B, and C incorporating positive stops to prevent springs from going solid.
