The Hydraforce 5635001P (5635001P) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type hydraulic relief valve designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response and low hysteresis. This valve effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to unseat the piloting relief, allowing the main spool to shift and open the flow from port 1 to port 2. Notably, this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. The RV10-26X model features adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve, with adjustment options A, B, and C incorporating positive stops to prevent springs from becoming solid.
