The Hydraforce 5624401.35 is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type relief valve designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response and low hysteresis. This RV52-26X model blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure at port 1 forces the pilot relief off its seat, allowing the main stage to shift and open port 1 to port 2. It is important to note that this valve cannot be used in cross-over relief applications. The design includes adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve, with adjustment options A, B, and C featuring positive stops to prevent springs from going solid. The valve's construction includes a hardened spool and cage, ensuring long life and durability. It provides rapid and smooth responses to pressure surges while being a cost-effective solution for hydraulic systems.
