The Hydraforce 5623651 (5623651) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type relief valve designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response and low hysteresis. This model, known as the RV16-26X, effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the piloting relief. Once this occurs, the main (second stage) spool shifts to open port 1 to port 2. It should be noted that this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. The RV16-26X is engineered to deliver reliable performance in systems where precise pressure control and rapid response are essential, making it an ideal component in complex hydraulic systems.
