The Hydraforce 5623562 (5623562) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated spool type relief valve designed for use in demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response and low hysteresis. This two-stage valve effectively limits pressure by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the piloting relief. Once unseated, it allows the main spool to shift, opening the flow path between port 1 and port 2. This precise operation makes it ideal for applications where quick response times are critical. However, it's important to note that this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications.
