The Hydraforce 5623561.05 (5623561.05) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type relief valve designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response and low hysteresis. This valve effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to lift the piloting relief off its seat. Once this occurs, the main (second stage) spool shifts, allowing flow from port 1 to port 2. It is important to note that this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. The RV16-26X model is engineered to provide precise pressure control in hydraulic systems, ensuring reliability and performance in various applications where maintaining specific pressure levels is critical for system stability and efficiency.
