The Hydraforce 5623548.33 (Material Number 5623548.33) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type relief valve designed for demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response and low hysteresis. Known as the RV16-26X model, this two-stage valve effectively limits pressure by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to unseat the piloting relief. Once activated, the main spool shifts to allow flow between ports, thereby relieving excess pressure. This valve is specifically engineered for applications where precise pressure control is crucial but is not suitable for cross-over relief applications.
