The Hydraforce 5623510.02.8 (Material Number: 5623510.02.8) is a high-performance, screw-in, cartridge-style relief valve designed for hydraulic circuits demanding rapid response and minimal hysteresis. This pilot-operated, two-stage spool type valve effectively limits pressure by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to unseat the piloting relief. Once this occurs, the main spool shifts to open port 1 to port 2, allowing flow through the system. Notably, this model cannot be used in cross-over relief applications, making it essential for users to ensure compatibility with their specific hydraulic circuit requirements.
