The Hydraforce 5623503V.30 (Material Number: 5623503V.30) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type relief valve designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits. This model, known as the RV16-26X, is engineered to deliver fast response and low hysteresis, making it ideal for applications where precise pressure control is critical. The valve functions by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to unseat the piloting relief, which then allows the main spool to shift and open the flow path between port 1 and port 2. It is important to note that this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications.
