The Hydraforce 5623503.M241.6 (5623503.M241.6) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type relief valve designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits. This valve is engineered to provide fast response and low hysteresis, making it ideal for high-performance applications where precise pressure control is critical. The RV16-26X model operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to unseat the piloting relief. This action allows the main spool of the second stage to shift, thereby opening port 1 to port 2 and relieving excess pressure. It is important to note that this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications.
