The Hydraforce 5623503.M230 (5623503.M230) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type relief valve designed for demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response and low hysteresis. This product effectively serves as a pressure-limiting device by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to unseat the piloting relief. Once this occurs, the main (second stage) spool shifts, allowing flow from port 1 to port 2. Notably, this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. Its design and operation make it ideal for hydraulic systems that demand precise pressure control and rapid response times.
