The Hydraforce 5623503.25 (5623503.25) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, two-stage spool-type relief valve designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response and low hysteresis. The RV16-26X model effectively manages flow by blocking it from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to unseat the piloting relief. This action permits the main spool to shift, thereby opening port 1 to port 2. Notably, this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. The RV16-26X's design ensures reliable performance in high-pressure environments where precise pressure control is critical for system efficiency and safety.
