The Hydraforce 5623500V.01.5 (Material Number: 5623500V.01.5) is a screw-in, cartridge-style relief valve designed for demanding hydraulic circuits that require rapid response and minimal hysteresis. This pilot-operated, two-stage spool-type valve operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to unseat the piloting relief, allowing the main spool to shift and open the flow path between the two ports. It's important to note that this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. The RV16-26X model is engineered for use as a pressure-limiting device, providing reliable performance in systems where precise pressure control is essential.
