The Hydraforce 5623404.M34.5 (5623404.M34.5) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type relief valve designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response and low hysteresis. This valve efficiently blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to activate the pilot relief, allowing the main stage to shift and open the flow between these ports. It is important to note that this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. The RV12-26X features adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve, preventing springs from going solid, and includes a hardened spool and cage for enhanced durability. The valve offers optional spring ranges up to 240 bar (3500 psi), ensuring rapid and smooth responses to pressure surges while maintaining cost-effectiveness with its cavity design.
