The Hydraforce 5623404.M180 (5623404.M180) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type relief valve designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits requiring fast response and low hysteresis. This robust valve effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the pilot relief, allowing the main stage to shift and open port 1 to port 2. It is important to note that this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. Key features include adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve, preventing springs from going solid, and a hardened spool and cage ensuring long life. The RV12-26X offers optional spring ranges up to 240 bar (3500 psi) and provides rapid, smooth responses to pressure surges. Additionally, it boasts a cost-effective cavity design.
